# Software Technology License

## Node Telemetry License (NTL)

A Node Telemetry License (NTL) is a software technology license that enables participation in the NovaLink infrastructure ecosystem.

Rather than modifying the hardware itself, a Node Telemetry License certifies the operational capacity of an Hx1 Home Station, allowing it to contribute to NovaLink’s distributed infrastructure network and the enterprise services built upon it.

Each Node Telemetry License certifies 1% of an Hx1 Home Station’s operational capacity, enabling participants to progressively scale their infrastructure contribution from 1% up to 100% of a machine’s certified capacity.

Node Telemetry Licenses are software products designed for infrastructure participation. They are not investment products, financial instruments, or subscriptions.

## Participation Levels

NovaLink provides two participation models, allowing users to begin with shared infrastructure or operate their own Hx1 Home Station.

### Level 0 — Shared Infrastructure Participation

Level 0 allows individuals to participate in the NovaLink infrastructure without owning an Hx1 Home Station.

Participants may activate up to 20 Node Telemetry Licenses, which are hosted on secure shared infrastructure operated within the NovaLink ecosystem.

This allows immediate participation while providing the flexibility to upgrade to a personal Hx1 Home Station whenever desired.

#### Features

* Activate up to 20 Node Telemetry Licenses
* No Hx1 Home Station required
* Licenses operate on shared infrastructure
* Immediate access to infrastructure participation
* Upgrade to personal hardware at any time

### Level 1 — Hx1 Home Station Participation

Level 1 is unlocked by owning an Hx1 Home Station.

Node Telemetry Licenses are activated directly on the participant’s own machine, certifying its operational capacity and enabling direct participation in NovaLink’s distributed infrastructure.

Each Hx1 Home Station supports up to 100 Node Telemetry Licenses, with additional machines added as participation expands.

#### Features

* Licenses hosted on your own Hx1 Home Station
* Up to 100 Node Telemetry Licenses per machine
* Activate additional licenses whenever required
* Expand participation by deploying additional Hx1 Home Stations
* Direct contribution to the NovaLink infrastructure network

## How Infrastructure Participation Works

The NovaLink infrastructure consists of Hx1 Home Stations distributed across residential locations worldwide.

Each machine securely contributes certified infrastructure capacity used to deliver enterprise digital services, including secure residential connectivity, distributed networking, computing resources, and future infrastructure applications.

The amount of certified infrastructure contributed by each Hx1 Home Station is determined by its active Node Telemetry Licenses.

Each active license certifies 1% of the machine’s operational capacity, allowing participants to progressively increase their certified contribution up to the machine’s full capacity.

## Personal Revenue Share

As enterprise customers consume NovaLink infrastructure services, revenue is generated from the real utilization of certified infrastructure capacity.

Participants receive a Personal Revenue Share, representing their share of the revenue generated by the certified operational output of their own Hx1 Home Station.

Unlike traditional reward systems, the Personal Revenue Share is directly linked to real infrastructure activity.

It is determined by factors including:

* The number of active Node Telemetry Licenses
* The certified operational capacity of the Hx1 Home Station
* Actual enterprise demand
* Real network utilization
* The operational output generated by the participant’s infrastructure

Personal Revenue Share is generated from real commercial infrastructure services and is not based on fixed, guaranteed, or predetermined returns.

Daily participation activity, infrastructure metrics, and monthly revenue information are available through the participant dashboard.

## Scaling Your Participation

Infrastructure participation grows through a simple and scalable model.

| Active Node Telemetry Licenses | Hx1 Home Stations Required |
| ------------------------------ | -------------------------- |
| 1–20 | Shared Infrastructure |
| 21–100 | 1 Hx1 Home Station |
| 101–200 | 2 Hx1 Home Stations |
| 201–300 | 3 Hx1 Home Stations |
| Every additional 100 licenses | +1 Hx1 Home Station |

This structure ensures that larger participation is always supported by real physical infrastructure while allowing new participants to begin without immediately purchasing hardware.

## Key Principles

* Node Telemetry Licenses are software technology licenses that certify infrastructure participation.
* Each license certifies 1% of an Hx1 Home Station’s operational capacity.
* Every Hx1 Home Station supports up to 100 Node Telemetry Licenses.
* Up to 20 licenses may participate using NovaLink’s shared infrastructure without owning a machine.
* Licenses can be activated and expanded at any time.
* Participation scales by adding additional licenses and Hx1 Home Stations.
* Personal Revenue Share is generated from real enterprise infrastructure usage, not from fixed or guaranteed returns.
* Revenue reflects actual infrastructure demand and the certified contribution of each participant’s infrastructure.
* All participation metrics and Personal Revenue Share information are available through the participant dashboard.

## Why Node Telemetry Licenses

Node Telemetry Licenses are the software component that enables certified participation in NovaLink’s global infrastructure ecosystem.

By certifying the operational capacity of Hx1 Home Stations, they allow residential infrastructure to support enterprise-grade digital services while providing participants with a transparent share of the revenue generated by their certified contribution.

This architecture enables NovaLink to build a scalable, globally distributed infrastructure network powered by real hardware, real technology, and real commercial demand.
